Eileen was a former officer of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation in China.
Besides, Eileen has spent 25 years providing tax services with one of the global big four accounting firms as a senior tax partner, before she set up a global accounting network, Huameng Advisory, a business partner firm with Accentor in China.

Eileen specialises in tax planning, international tax, transfer pricing, merge and acquisition, tax planning on initial public offerings, and customs advisory etc.
Eileen has extensive experience of working with clients in a large range of industries. Some of the ‘big names’ corporations she has served include Huawei, Tencent, BYD, SF Express, Pingan and Walmart.
