What visa services we offer in Accentor Migration Services

Working and skilled visas

•           Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188)

This visa allows the applicant to own and manage a business in Australia, conduct business and investment activity in Australia or undertake an entrepreneurial activity in Australia.

Subclass 188A visa is for people with business skills. It lets the applicant operate a new or existing business in Australia. Subclass 188B visa requires the applicant to invest at least AUD2.5 million in Australian investments that meet certain requirements and maintain business or investment activity in Australia. Subclass 188C visa is for people who invest at least AUD5 million in Australian investments that meet certain requirements and maintain investment activity in Australia.

•           Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888)

This visa allows the holders of a Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) stay/ continue investment activities permanently in Australia.

Subclass 888A visa lets holders of a subclass 188A visa stay permanently in Australia. Subclass 888B visa lets holders of a subclass 188B visa continue the investment activities in Australia permanently. Subclass 888C visa lets holders of a subclass 188C visa continue the investment activities in Australia permanently.

•           Temporary Skill Shortage visa (subclass 482)

This temporary visa lets an employer sponsor a suitably skilled worker to fill a position they can’t find a suitably skilled Australian to fill.

Subclass 482 visa allows the applicant to work full-time in Australia for 2-4 years with free travel to and from Australia during the period. Applicants can bring their spouses and dependent children to live, study and work in Australia. There is no EOI score, no age or financial requirements.

Family and partner visas

•           Parent visa (subclass 103/804/143/864)

This permanent visa lets a parent of a settled Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen move to / stay in Australia.

Parent visa is a permanent resident visa that allows the parent of a settled Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen to stay in Australia. The visa does have education, work experience, assets requirements, and can include spouse and children, access to Australian public health and other social benefits, and free travel to Australia.

The parent visa requirement is sponsored by a child or other eligible financial sponsor in Australia. There are two main types of parent visa: queueing parent visa and fee-paying parent visa.

•           Partner (Provisional and Migrant) visa (subclass 309 100 / 820 801)

The visa lets the de facto partner or spouse of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen, live in Australia permanently.

There are two steps in Partner visa application. After the first step, the applicant will be granted a two-year temporary visa (subclass 309 or subclass 820). During the two-year validity period of the visa, the applicant needs to keep a stable and continuous relationship with the spouse. After the second step of the visa, the applicant will be granted a subclass 100 or subclass 801 permanent resident visa.

•           Child visa (subclass 101/802)

This visa lets a child outside Australia move to Australia to live with their parents or a child to stay in Australia permanently and live with their parents.    

Child visa does not have education, work experience, assets requirements, nor does it require financial guarantee. After the visa is approved, the applicant can work and study in Australia, enjoy public health care and other social welfare in Australia, and travel to Australia freely.

Visitor visas

•           Visitor (subclass 600)

This visa lets the applicant visit Australia for business reasons or visit Australia as a tourist, to see family and friends. The duration of each stay can be maximum three, six or twelve months. Therefore, under normal circumstances, if planning to stay in Australia for more than 12 months, the applicant cannot apply for this visa, and cannot stay permanently in Australia with this visa.

Other visas

•           Resident Return visa (subclass 155 157)

This visa allows the applicant to return as a permanent resident.

Resident Return visa (subclass 155 or 157) applies to an applicant who is or has been an Australian permanent resident, or has been an Australian citizen, who wishes to re-enter Australia and keep their Australian permanent resident status after overseas travel.

If the applicant is in Australia and does not plan to depart in the short term, there is no need to apply for any extension. The applicant’s permanent resident status will not be affected by the expiry of the visa as long as the applicant does not depart Australia.
